The Madiba Palm Tree Farm is a product of Madiba Agro Estate Limited, a part of the Common Sense Family under the leadership of Dr Olumide Emmanuel.
The Palm Tree Farm is an opportunity for wise individuals, families, and corporate investors who want to build wealth and earn residual income for life.
With the Madiba Palm Tree Farm, you have an opportunity to not only own Real Estate Asset (THE LAND), but you also own and earn for life from the biological asset (THE PALM TREE)
How it Works - Our Business Model
🌍 You pay for and own the land outright.
- The minimum purchase per acre is one acre (6 plots).
- The minimum purchase per hectare is one hectare (15 plots)
- The acre or hectare you buy will belong to you for life. We will give you your individual survey and legal documents for the land ownership.
🌍 We will handle the planting, management, and sales from our end in partnership with Assetrise Ltd (the Management Partner).
- The process will take 5 years to begin with, and then, you will start earning for life.
🌍 You will earn 60% of all proceeds for life, while Madiba and Assetrise Ltd share the remaining 40%.
- Please note that from the present market value and projection, you will be earning about 40% of what you are investing now from the 6th year and for life.
- Returns will vary based on the market price of palm oil and other products from the value chain of the Palmtree per time.
🌍 The entire process will be fully transparent.
- There will be a management team, auditors, etc. and all investors will be a part of the Madiba Farm Ecosystem via our community platform. Also, a system that gives you a membership login and access to the backend.
- We will send you quarterly reports from year 2026, annual reports from 2027 and we’ll have Annual General Meetings (AGM) from year 2029.
🌍 No investor can cut down their trees for 40 years from the time of onboarding.
- However, in special circumstances, palmtrees may be cut down before the 40 years elapses but this is subject to a 70% vote from all subscribers.
🌍 The investors have their lands appreciating for life while also earning from the farm, but Madiba and Assetrise alone will be involved in the management, harvesting, and sales of all products, so you rest while we work for you and you earn for life.
Cost & Payment Options
🚀 6M NAIRA PER ACRE – When paid within 60 days
🚀 15 M NAIRA PER ACRE – When paid within 90 days
🚀 8M NAIRA PER HECTARE – When paid within 6-12 months
🚀 20M NAIRA PER HECTARE – When paid within 6-12 months
Minimum deposit of 20% and balances spread within 6-12 months
What the Payment Covers
Security, land cost planting cost, clearing cost, insurance cost, legal deed of assignment, admin & management fee, cost for seedlings and manure, maintenance and supervision for 5 years, individual survey in a prsonal name. Please note that survey in corporate name will attract extra cost to be determined by the government.
